Day 5

Well that was it!!!!                        SLOW DRIP IS HISTORY

Didn't go to work. Felt like crap when I woke up. Worked from home. I got about 4 hours of work done. I was very frustrated however. Tons of things going on and very hard to be away.

If it wasn't for certain people and you know who you are!! I would be buried and stressed out more than I already am. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!

Theresa took me to the Infusion Lab at about 1:40. Again, I sat for half hour waiting to go back. Then I didn't start my treatment until about 3:15.I don't understand why they can't be more prompt.

Got done about 6:00. Felt sick going into my last treatment and half way through it took another nausea pill. Its getting rough and rougher. Of course, Its not surprising, in fact the worst is still to come.

My  wife's brother in law came and picked me up. Thank you very much! Trying to wear a mask when ever possible moving forward.

When I got home, didn't each much, took another pill. I had chills, headache and cramping. My damn  right hip is very sore as well. I guess the chemo is attaching the freshly healed surgical site...

Anyway, also took my anti viral med and my sleep aide. Then crashed hard. Woke up at 11:30 and had a hell of a time sleeping after that.  Toss and turned the rest of the night.

Still really unsure if I am going to end up i the hospital or not. No low grade fevers yet either unlike last time. Maybe this 5 day treatment is not as strong as the 7 day 24 hour??


Who knows. Lets see how Saturday Goes. Stay tuned..........
